goodbye vs. hello

your promise changes minds everytime, not matter how hard i run;
it's like that goodbye, i keep trying to say,
your hello counters it and waves it away
as hard as i try,
my goodbye never will counter what your
hellos bring me
so no more hellos, so i can give the goodbye i never wanted to say.







....but honestly,
..i couldn't live with a final goodbye.
